Complete Deposition Management
Magna LitigationVision Plus (MLV+) will provide you with full session management powered by one of Magna’s seasoned trial technicians. Combining years of courtroom tech experience with Magna’s virtual platform, our MLV+ managers are able to provide seamless support throughout your event. The MLV+ manager will handle:
- Presenting exhibits, demonstratives and videos
- Real-time management of annotations, zooming, blow-ups, highlights and markings
- Creating and managing break-out rooms (moving people in between rooms, controlling room access and overseeing confidentiality)
Video OnDemand
Magna VOD serves as a backup protocol to ensure the security of your deposition in the event of hardware or system failure on the part of the reporter. The recorded videos are temporarily stored and can only be accessed upon receiving approval from all parties involved. Once ordered and the necessary approvals are obtained, the video will be edited to remove all off-record segments, and the witness camera footage will be cropped to focus exclusively on the deponent in the final video.

Note: RAW Zoom Recordings can only be released once consent is received from all Participants of the Zoom proceeding.
Equipment Rental

Certified Legal Videography
Certified legal videographers (CLV) are available for all MLV events and have the ability to swear in witnesses. The videographer will provide you with an official copy of the event, for both on and off record.
