Congratulations to our very own Lee Diamondstein, Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Magna Legal Services, for his nomination for the Subcommittee Chair of the ABA Mass Torts Subcommittee on Experts and Evidence. In this role, Lee will be involved with participating in monthly committee calls, contributing to newsletter and website articles, supporting programming activities, and assisting in the recruitment of new members.
The Mass Torts Committee is comprised of ardent members devoted to improving the practice of law. The Committee addresses current and emerging issues that arise in mass tort litigation. It focuses on the substantive and procedural developments in the case law, proposed reforms, and best practice techniques in cases that involve many plaintiffs. “Magna is excited to contribute to the ABA Mass Torts Committee,” says Peter Hecht, Partner and Executive Vice President of Sales, “Lee’s experience as an expert in jury research will help shape future discussions on how new litigation consulting technologies can mitigate risk and assist increasing successful case resolution.”
