Magna consultants design and implement large-scale community attitude and perception surveys to learn about community members’ pre-existing knowledge, attitudes, and biases toward the parties and issues in your lawsuit. After presenting the mock jurors with brief summaries of each party’s position in the case, we’ll explore juror verdict orientation and damages outlook to identify key juror characteristics that help predict verdict orientation.

These studies allow us to develop statistically reliable pro-plaintiff versus pro-defense juror profiles, and to tailor potential juror questionnaires and voir dire questions in order to de-select the most dangerous jurors.

The feedback gathered from community attitude and perception studies also helps Magna consultants to guide counsel and clients in connection with discovery and pre-trial strategies.
