Document Filing Services

Whether you need physical or electronic court document filing, we make it easy for you to file your court documents.

To have documents physically filed with the court, you can:

  • Send us your documents via email
  • Submit a job through our online request form
  • Schedule a daily pickup at your office (some restrictions may apply*)

*Every state is different. Office locations outside of California are limited.

eFiling Services

As part of our court filing services, we digitally store your conformed copies free of charge. When you have us eFile documents on your behalf, we ensure that they are properly separated, bookmarked when necessary and OCR’ed. Then, we will submit your documents to the court and deliver courtesy copies when necessary.

Please note that not all courts currently allow eFiling. We offer these services for all courts that allow it, and that list is constantly growing.

To utilize our secure eFiling services, you can:

  • Use our eFiling portal to submit your eFilings directly with the court
  • Send us your documents via email for concierge eFiling

You can utilize our concierge eFiling service by emailing your documents to us and then have us do the data entry and submit the eFiling on your behalf (the option that the majority of our clients prefer), or you can set up an account to eFile directly through our website.

Court Locations & Deadlines

The cut off times for eFiling can vary from county to county, so please be mindful of those prior to submitting your eFilings. Please note that we have a 4:00pm PST (7:00pm EST) cut off time for any same day concierge eFilings.

The document is “filed” at the date and time it is received by the court and the confirmation of receipt is created. Any electronically filed document received by the Court on or after the courts deadline will be file stamped on the next court day.
