Michael Facendola

Mike Facendola serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Magna Legal Services, where he spearheads the company’s financial operations. With over 25 years of extensive experience in fundraising, finance, and accounting, Mike has a robust background that includes public company reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and collaborating with boards of directors, investment and commercial banks, venture capital, and private equity firms.

Before joining Magna, Mike was the COO at Truveris, a leading digital technology company. He also held the role of CFO at Collective, an advertising technology company, and served as Vice President of Finance at Epocrates, where he successfully led its acquisition by Athenahealth. Prior to that, Mike was the Chief Financial Officer at Aureon Biosciences, a laboratory diagnostic company, where he secured multiple rounds of private financing and facilitated the launch of its commercial operations prior to its acquisition.

Mike’s career began in the assurance practice at Arthur Andersen, LLP. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey and holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst Isenberg School of Management.
