Mariya Lyubman

Mariya Lyubman is Magna’s Chief Human Resources Officer, leading the organization’s comprehensive corporate HR strategy. With a deep commitment to fostering a positive work environment and driving organizational success, Mariya oversees all aspects of human resources at Magna, from talent acquisition and development to employee engagement and compliance.

Before joining Magna, Mariya served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Truveris, a pharmaceutical SaaS company, where she was instrumental in developing and executing a company-wide HR strategy. Her leadership there helped streamline operations and enhance the employee experience, positioning the company for continued growth.

Prior to her role at Truveris, Mariya was a Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the Real Estate Board of New York, the city’s premier real estate trade association.

Earlier in her career, Mariya gained valuable experience in various HR roles at leading organizations, including Skanska, Mackay Shields, and TPG. These roles provided her with a solid foundation in human resources, allowing her to develop a versatile skill set across different industries.

Mariya holds a BS in Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is also an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the New Jersey HR Council, where she continues to contribute her expertise and passion for human resources.
