Katherine Hale

Katherine Hale is a Presentation Consultant with Magna Legal Services and is based in Chicago. She works with attorneys and expert witnesses to develop persuasive visual concepts to aid judges and juries in understanding complex issues.

Katherine specializes in product liability and multidistrict litigation cases.
Katherine’s approach is to create powerful informational graphics that are conducive to a client’s presentation style. She leads teams in the production of concept storyboards, key illustrations, animations and presentation demonstratives for briefs, hearings, mock trials and trials.

Working on behalf of Teva Pharmaceuticals, Katherine has worked on opioid cases since 2019. In addition, she works on environmental, pharmaceutical and medical device cases on behalf of Monsanto, Bayer, Zimmer, Cook Medical and others.

Prior to joining Magna, Katherine has over two decades of experience in trial services and served as an art director and creative director for public relations firms in Chicago and Detroit.

Katherine attended two colleges at University of Michigan – the School of Art & Design and the College of Literature, Science and Arts and holds a B.A. in History.
