John Brownschidle

John Brownschidle is the Head of M&A at Magna Legal Services, focused on mergers and acquisitions across all of Magna’s service lines and capabilities.  Prior to joining Magna, John was an investor at Norwest Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm, where he focused on identifying and acquiring companies across a variety of sectors.  Previously, he was a senior associate at Baird Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm, and an analyst at Piper Jaffray & Co. (n.k.a. Piper Sandler), a leading investment bank.

John received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
