Hiliary Remick, Esq. is Managing Director of Magna’s Jury Consulting Group, where she helps to lead strategic growth and innovation in jury consulting. With over two decades of courtroom experience and a tenure at Magna dating back to its inception in 2007, Ms. Remick is a nationally recognized consultant.
She has worked to empower trial teams throughout the country, providing insight into juror attitudes and behavior with a focus on strategy, creativity, and communication. Hiliary leads focus group and mock trial research, crafts persuasive case themes and arguments, and develops strategic trial graphics tailored for courtroom impact. In addition, Ms. Remick has extensive experience in shadow jury facilitation, witness communication training, and jury selection consulting in multiple venues. A veteran courtroom attorney, her work with Magna as a Litigation Consultant has included focus group research in diverse matters including a wide range of high-stakes personal injury actions, insurance, antitrust, securities, contract and patent related matters, medical and legal malpractice, environmental litigation, construction and other complex commercial disputes. Ms. Remick has spoken to groups and publications around the United States about the use of jury research as a strategic tool for legal practitioners.
Hiliary joined Magna in 2007 and has led the Jury Consulting Group as Managing Director since Fall 2024. Before joining Magna, Ms. Remick worked as a trial attorney for over twenty years in the fields of personal injury and commercial litigation. She brings firsthand litigation and courtroom experience to her work as a member of our consulting team. Her professional background includes work in the fields of complex construction and asbestos abatement litigation, product liability, and a variety of personal injury and professional malpractice claims.
Hiliary Remick earned her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in Political Science and English from the University of Pennsylvania, and her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law. She has enjoyed membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Society of Trial Consultants. A lifelong Pennsylvanian, Hiliary lives with her children’s pets outside Philadelphia.
