Curt Evans

Curt Evans is a Technology Consultant with TrialGraphix and is based in Washington, D.C. Also a patent attorney, Curt specializes in leading teams in the creation of clear themes and messages for trial and presenting them flawlessly in court.

Prior to joining TrialGraphix, Curt spent eight years gaining experience in patent and trademark litigation with a large D.C. area law firm. He has prosecuted patent applications, including those within his own portfolio, litigated patent infringement actions, and formed and operated for a decade his own successful litigation support company with multi million dollar annual revenues.

In his 19 years since graduating law school, Curt has been involved in cases totaling over $3.5 billion in dispute, which represents hundreds of cases before federal district courts, state courts, the ITC, the FTC, and arbitration panels. He has experience across many disciplines, including antitrust, complex commercial disputes, white collar crime, MDL, securities, real estate, pro bono, and personal injury cases.

Curt earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire (Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property). He is admitted to practice law in New York, the District of Columbia, and before the USPTO.
