Anthony Valerio is a Graphics Consultant at Magna Legal Services. With more than a decade of experience in litigation consulting and trial graphics, he has extensive knowledge in helping attorneys decide how best to present their case.

Anthony earned his Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in Communications, Film/Media Arts from Temple University. Upon graduation, he relocated to Los Angeles where his litigation consulting career flourished. His expansive experience involves working for both plaintiff and defense, in over 500 cases including intellectual properly, medical malpractice, wrongful death, entertainment, health and pharmaceutical, insurance, class action, labor, criminal, high-stakes complex litigation and contract disputes. Anthony has become an asset to trial teams by working closely with them to analyze and distill the complex issues of their case into clear, effective and visually powerful presentations.

Anthony has had the pleasure of working with the America’s top trial lawyers on highly-publicized civil and criminal trials, including an arbitration in Hong Kong. In 2009, his work on a class action labor dispute helped win a landmark verdict. Anthony has also participated in events for ABOTA, CAALA and various other attorney groups, including designing and giving CLE presentations.

While Anthony’s creativity helps lawyers win in the courtroom, it doesn’t stop there! He is also a two-time champion of Food Network’s hit show, “Cupcake Wars.” In the first episode, “Comic Con Cupcakes” (Season 3), Anthony took on three competitors and swept the competition with unique flavor combinations and imaginative decorations. He was invited back to compete against winners of past seasons in “USO: Best of the Best” (Season 5), and again made a clean sweep of the competition with flawless flavors and extraordinary decorations.

Prior to working within the litigation graphics, Anthony spent 5 years in marketing and graphic design as a Marketing Director for a five-branch community bank.
