For over 25 years, Anne Smith has consulted on high-stakes, multidistrict, litigation on a national level. With backgrounds in social and affective neuroscience and visual communication, Anne brings a unique multi-disciplinary approach to her consulting with deep knowledge of how humans interact with information—specializing in the visualization of complex, technical, subject matter, and strategic storytelling.

While Anne has consulted on myriad matters, her career has focused on IP, toxic torts, and product liability mass class litigation including Big Tobacco, Exxon-Valdez Oil Spill Litigation, Asbestos Lawsuits, Dow Corning Breast Implant Litigation, Deepwater Horizon, Diet Drug Fen-Phen, Benzene Lawsuits, Gaylord Chemical Spill, and the Bayer, BASF, Dow, Huntsman Isocyanate Lawsuits.
Having worked closely with fortune 500 firms over the years, as Vice President of Communications for a
forensics engineering firm, and Principal of a prosperous consulting practice, Anne is well steeped in the
litigation process.

She received her training from New York University and advanced that training studying a specialized
approach to processing and behavioral change via The Neuroleadership Institute and Middlesex University (UK). It is this combination of contemporary neuroscience, behavioral change, and communication that informs her approach.
