Service Expectations

  • Minimum of 3 attempts per assignment
  • Service levels:
    • Same Day Rush
    • Next Day Rush
    • Routine (first attempt within 3 days)
  • Status updates required the same day as each attempt
  • Communication through WinServe Mobile app preferred
