Anupama Gulati is currently a Litigation Consultant at Magna Legal Services. She began her career in the industry in 2018 and has since worked on cases for both plaintiffs and defendants which provides her with a unique perspective on effective case strategy.
Ms. Gulati brings a detail-oriented and tailored approach to each engagement. She has worked on a variety of high-stakes civil and criminal matters involving antitrust, pay-for-delay, class actions, fraud, and intellectual property litigation. She has also consulted on numerous contract disputes, personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice cases. Her experience extends beyond strategy and theme development research to exploratory focus groups, juror background and social media searches, post-trial juror interviews, jury selections, shadow juries, mock bench and arbitration studies, and framing sessions.
Ms. Gulati has earned both her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Crime and Forensic Science from University College London. Her undergraduate dissertation concentrated on behavior change models, and her master’s dissertation focused on understanding biases in juror decision-making. She received extensive training in quantitative and qualitative research methods and statistical data analysis.
Ms. Gulati is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants and the American Psychology-Law Society. Prior to litigation consulting, Ms. Gulati worked in market research focused on providing clients with global reputation trends and insights into brand loyalty. She has also been involved in various social enterprises dedicated to serving underprivileged youth.
