Hayley Robillard

Hayley Robillard is a Jury Consultant with Magna Legal Services, LLC, bringing over a decade of experience in jury research and litigation consulting. Since entering the field in 2013, Hayley has combined her expertise in jury consulting and market research to help legal teams transform complex juror feedback into practical, data-driven strategies.

Hayley plays an integral role in moderating group research discussions, delivering insights into juror attitudes and decision-making, and supporting trial teams in refining case themes and presentation tactics. She also oversees the logistical execution of mock trials, focus groups, and other field research initiatives.

Prior to joining Magna, Hayley’s career evolved through various roles in litigation support across a wide range of cases including personal injury, medical malpractice, intellectual property, criminal, and commercial litigation. She has extensive experience managing both qualitative and quantitative research projects, including online jury studies, surveys, and data analysis. Additionally, she has conducted and supervised social media investigations for jury selection, coordinated shadow juries, and led post-trial interviews.

A lifelong Pennsylvanian, Hayley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.
