Erika Malady is the Vice President of Business Development at Magna Legal Services, where she has spent over a decade building trusted partnerships and driving strategic growth. She plays a key role in expanding the company’s full suite of litigation support services, helping clients streamline case preparation while elevating trial strategy.

Her approach to business development blends responsiveness, creativity, and genuine connection, earning her a reputation as a relationship-driven leader who treats clients as true partners. Erika frequently presents to law firms, legal associations, and corporate law departments on best practices in cost containment and case strategy support.

Based in Los Angeles, Erika works with clients nationwide and remains deeply engaged in the litigation community. Outside of her professional role, she is passionate about giving back, having served on Public Counsel’s Associate Leadership Board for nearly 10 years, and traveling with her teenage daughter to explore new places and experiences.
