Brittany assists attorneys nationwide with the development of trial strategies from a social science perspective. She has advised clients on hundreds of civil and criminal cases in both State and Federal courts. Brittany has expertise in a variety of consulting activities including jury selection, voir dire, focus group and mock trial research, SJQ evaluation, community attitude surveys, witness preparation, and theme development. She experienced with empirical research design and methodology, regularly applying a data-driven approach to cases. Additionally, Brittany has presented CLE’s throughout the country about jury selection strategies.
Brittany received her master’s degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida and her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. She has published several articles on juvenile abnormal behavior, mental health courts, and substance abuse. When not in the courtroom, she is usually outdoors hiking or on the golf course.
